1 tbsp Better Than Bouillon (beef flavor)

1️⃣ Cook Noodles

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
2️⃣ Make the Sauce

In a small bowl, stir together hot water, beef bouillon paste, soy sauce, and brown sugar until dissolved.
3️⃣ Cook the Beef

Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add a little sesame oil. Cook beef 3–4 minutes until browned (let it sear without constant stirring for best texture).

Remove beef from pan and set aside.
4️⃣ Cook Veggies

In the same pan, add onion and cook 2–3 minutes until fragrant.

Add carrots and cook 2 minutes more.

Add broccoli and cook 1–2 minutes until just tender-crisp.
5️⃣ Combine Everything

Push vegetables to the side, add garlic, and cook 30–60 seconds (don’t burn).

Return beef to the pan, pour in the sauce, and let it bubble for 1–2 minutes.

Add noodles, toss well until everything is coated and heated through.
6️⃣ Serve
