Cream Butter & Sugars – In a large bowl, beat butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy (about 2 minutes).

Mix Dry Ingredients – In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
