Blueberry Yogurt Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)

  • ½–¾ cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt

  • 1–2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional)

  • ½ cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)

  • Optional: a pinch of cinnamon or vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Mix the base
    In a bowl or container, stir together oats and milk until combined.

  2. Sweeten (optional)
    Add honey/maple syrup and cinnamon or vanilla if you like.

  3. Chill
    Cover and place in the fridge for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.

  4. Add yogurt layer
    Once the oats are soft, spread the yogurt evenly on top.

  5. Top with blueberries
    Add blueberries. If using frozen ones, let them thaw a bit so they release that purple juice like in the photo.

  6. Eat cold
    Enjoy straight from the fridge!

Optional Add-Ins

  • Chia seeds or flax seeds

  • Peanut butter or almond butter

  • Granola for crunch

  • Banana slices
