Ingredients
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
½–¾ cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
1–2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
½ cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
Optional: a pinch of cinnamon or vanilla extract
Instructions
Mix the base
In a bowl or container, stir together oats and milk until combined.Sweeten (optional)
Add honey/maple syrup and cinnamon or vanilla if you like.Chill
Cover and place in the fridge for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.Add yogurt layer
Once the oats are soft, spread the yogurt evenly on top.Top with blueberries
Add blueberries. If using frozen ones, let them thaw a bit so they release that purple juice like in the photo.Eat cold
Enjoy straight from the fridge!
