Melt-In-Your-Mouth Chicken Breast

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • ½ cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for lighter version)

  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • ½ tsp dried thyme or rosemary

  • Salt & black pepper, to taste

  • 1–2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter

  • Optional garnish: fresh rosemary or parsley


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)

  2. Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil or butter.

  3. Pat chicken breasts dry and season lightly with salt and pepper.

  4. In a bowl, mix:

    • Mayonnaise

    • Parmesan cheese

    • Garlic powder

    • Onion powder

    • Paprika

    • Thyme/rosemary

  5. Spread the mixture evenly over the top of each chicken breast.

  6. Place chicken in the baking dish and drizzle lightly with olive oil or butter.

  7. Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes, until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) internal temperature and topping is golden.

  8. Optional: Broil for 2–3 minutes for extra browning.

  9. Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
