Each bite is filled with creamy cheese and seasoned beef, then topped with a rich garlic-Parmesan butter glaze. Perfect for parties, weeknight dinners, or game-day snacks!

🛒 Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • ½ cup cream cheese, softened

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough

  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Prep and Preheat

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Cook the Beef

In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked.
Drain excess grease.

3. Add Seasoning and Cheese

Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Add cream cheese and cheddar cheese, mixing until melted and creamy.
Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

4. Assemble the Bombs

Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch circle.
Spoon about 1–2 tablespoons of the beef mixture into the center.
Fold and pinch edges tightly to seal.

5. Brush and Bake

Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
Mix melted butter with grated Parmesan cheese and brush generously over each bomb.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown.

6. Serve and Garnish

Garnish with chopped parsley.
Serve warm with ranch dressing, garlic aioli, or marinara sauce for dipping.

💡 Tips

  • For a spicy twist, add diced jalapeños or a pinch of chili flakes to the beef mixture.

  • Make it a meal prep favorite—they reheat perfectly in the air fryer at 350°F for 4–5 minutes.

  • Swap the cheddar for mozzarella or pepper jack for a fun flavor variation.
