Total Time: 10–12 minutes
Servings: 2

🧾 Ingredients

  • 2 medium apples (Granny Smith or Fuji work best)

  • 2 large carrots, peeled and chopped

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen peas

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (optional, adds brightness)

  • ½–1 cup cold water (adjust for consistency)

  • Ice cubes (optional, for serving)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Prep the Produce
Wash apples and carrots thoroughly. Peel and chop carrots; core and quarter apples for easier blending.

  2. Blend Everything
In a high-speed blender, add apples, carrots, peas, and lemon juice (if using).
Pour in ½ cup water to start — add more as needed for your preferred consistency.

  3. Process Until Smooth
Blend on high until fully smooth and creamy. Scrape down the sides as needed.

  4. Strain (Optional)
For a pulp-free drink, pour the juice through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth, pressing gently with a spoon to extract all the liquid.

  5. Serve & Enjoy
Pour into glasses over ice cubes, garnish with a slice of apple or a carrot stick, and serve immediately for maximum freshness and nutrients.

💡 Tips & Variations

  • Boost nutrition: Add spinach, cucumber, or a knob of fresh ginger for an immunity kick.

  • Make it sweeter: Stir in a drizzle of honey or a few pineapple chunks.

  • Storage: Keep refrigerated in a sealed jar for up to 24 hours — shake before drinking.
