Prep Time: 15 mins | Cook Time: 35–40 mins | Servings: 8 slices
📝 Ingredients
For the Pizza
1 9-inch pie crust (rolled to fit a 12-inch pizza pan)
4 cups apples, peeled & diced (about 4 medium apples)
⅔ cup white sugar
3 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 tsp ground cinnamon
For the Topping
½ cup all-purpose flour
⅓ cup brown sugar, packed
½ cup old-fashioned oats
1 tsp ground cinnamon
¼ cup salted butter, softened (if unsalted, add a pinch of salt)
To Finish
½ cup caramel sauce
Vanilla ice cream, for serving
👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat & Prep
Heat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Roll pie crust to fit a 12-inch pizza pan and fold edges slightly to create a border.
2️⃣ Coat the Apples
In a bowl, mix white sugar, 3 tbsp flour, and 1 tsp cinnamon.
Toss diced apples in mixture until well coated.
Spread evenly over pie crust.
3️⃣ Make the Crumb Topping
In a separate bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, oats, cinnamon, and softened butter.
Use hands or a pastry cutter until mixture looks like wet sand with some chunks.
Sprinkle over apples.
4️⃣ Bake
Bake 35–40 minutes, until apples are tender and topping is golden brown.
5️⃣ Finish & Serve
Drizzle caramel sauce over hot pizza.
Slice into wedges like a pizza.
Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
💡 Notes & Tips
Salted butter adds a nice balance to the sweetness — if using unsalted, add a pinch of salt.
Best served fresh and warm, but leftovers keep 2–3 days in the fridge. Reheat in the oven to re-crisp the topping.
If you want, I can also give you a “mini apple crisp pizza” version that’s perfect for individual desserts or parties. Would you like me to do that?
