🛒 Ingredients

  • 1 (20 oz) package cheese tortellini (fresh or frozen)

  • 2 cups pizza sauce (or marinara sauce)

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • ½ cup shredded cheddar or provolone cheese

  • ½ cup mini pepperoni slices (or chopped pepperoni)

  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning

  • ¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional for spice)

  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Optional toppings: black olives, bell peppers, mushrooms, or sausage

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with olive oil or nonstick spray.

2. Cook the Tortellini

Boil tortellini according to package directions until just al dente (about 2–3 minutes less than stated). Drain and set aside.

3. Assemble the Bake

In the baking dish, combine:

  • Cooked tortellini

  • Pizza sauce

  • Italian seasoning

  • Half the mozzarella and cheddar cheese

Stir gently to coat the pasta evenly.

Top with remaining cheeses, pepperoni slices, and any optional toppings (like mushrooms or olives).

4. Bake

Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and slightly golden on top.

For extra crispiness, broil for an additional 2–3 minutes at the end.

5. Serve

Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Garnish with fresh basil or parsley for a pop of color.
