🛒 Ingredients

  • 12 oz (340 g) pasta (penne, rotini, or fusilli)

  • 1.5 lbs (680 g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)

  • 8 slices bacon

  • 2 tbsp olive oil or butter

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1 cup milk

  • 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix (or 2 tbsp homemade ranch mix)

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • Chopped parsley (for garnish)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Cook the Pasta

Boil pasta in salted water according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. Cook the Bacon

In a large skillet, cook bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble. Discard most of the bacon grease, leaving about 1 tbsp in the pan.

3. Cook the Chicken

Season chicken with salt and pepper. In the same skillet, add olive oil or butter and cook chicken until golden and cooked through (about 4–5 minutes per side). Remove and slice.

4. Make the Sauce

In the same pan, add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Stir in heavy cream, milk, and ranch seasoning. Bring to a gentle simmer, then whisk in cheddar and Parmesan cheese until smooth and creamy.

5. Combine

Add cooked pasta, chicken, and bacon to the sauce. Toss well to coat everything evenly. Simmer 1–2 minutes to let flavors meld.
