Creamy, cheesy, bacon-packed pinwheels that disappear fast at any party!
Prep Time: 15 mins (+ 30 mins chill) | Cook Time: 0 mins | Servings: ~25 pinwheels
📝 Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1½ tbsp ranch dressing mix
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1–2 tbsp milk (as needed)
¾ cup cooked bacon, chopped (or turkey bacon)
1 cup cooked chicken, chopped (rotisserie works great)
4–5 large (10-inch) flour tortillas (whole-wheat optional)
👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Make the Filling
In a large mixing bowl, stir together cream cheese, ranch seasoning, cheddar cheese, and 1 tbsp milk until smooth and spreadable.
Fold in chopped bacon and chicken.
If the mixture feels too thick, add a little extra milk.
2️⃣ Assemble
Lay a tortilla flat. Spread about ¼ cup of the filling evenly to the edges for best rolling.
3️⃣ Roll & Chill
Roll the tortilla tightly into a log.
Place seam-side down on a tray, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
4️⃣ Slice & Serve
Trim the ends, then slice into 1-inch pinwheels using a serrated knife.
Serve immediately or keep chilled until ready to serve.
💡 Tips & Variations
Spicy Twist: Add diced jalapeños or a dash of hot sauce to the filling.
Herby Boost: Mix in chopped green onions or fresh parsley.
Make Ahead: Assemble the rolls the night before, chill, and slice before serving.
If you’d like, I can also prepare a party appetizer board menu so these pinwheels can be paired with dips, skewers, and other easy bites. That way you have a full spread planned out. Would you like me to make that?
