Ingredients:
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
3 cups shredded cooked chicken
1/4 cup finely chopped celery
2 green onions, sliced
2/3 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup chopped toasted pecans
1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste
4 large flour tortillas
Instructions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard. Mix until smooth and creamy.
Add the shredded chicken, chopped celery, green onions, dried cranberries, toasted pecans, and crumbled feta cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
To soften the tortillas, place them on a microwave-safe plate and cover with a damp paper towel. Microwave on high for about 20 seconds.
Evenly spread the chicken mixture onto each tortilla. Roll tightly and wrap in plastic wrap. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Slice into 1-inch pieces and serve.
