🛒 Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 ½ lbs)

  • 1 tbsp olive oil (or butter)

  • Salt & black pepper, to taste

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • ½ cup chicken broth

  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella (or Monterey Jack)

  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • ½ tsp paprika

  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Prepare the Chicken

Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika on both sides.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Sear chicken for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.

2. Make the Creamy Sauce

In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add chicken broth and bring to a gentle simmer.Reduce heat and stir in softened cream cheese until melted and smooth.
Add mozzarella, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning. Stir until sauce thickens.

3. Combine & Cook

Return chicken to the skillet, coating each piece with the creamy sauce.
Covr and simmer for 10–12 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and sauce is rich and bubbly.

4. Serve

Top with chopped parsley and serve warm over rice, pasta, or steamed vegetables.
