  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 2 tbsp melted butter

  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (plus extra for topping)

1. Cook the Beef

In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess grease and let cool slightly.

2. Stuff the Biscuits

Flatten each biscuit. Add a spoonful of beef and a sprinkle of cheddar to the center. Pinch the edges to seal, forming a ball.

3. Bake

Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet, seam-side down. Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle with Parmesan.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown.
