Ingredients:
Base:
1 cup self-rising flour (11 SP) or 1 cup all-purpose flour + 1½ tsp baking powder + pinch salt
1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt (0 SP)
Toppings (customizable):
¼ cup low-fat shredded mozzarella (2 SP)
¼ cup pizza sauce (1 SP) – choose low-sugar brands
½ cup zero-point veggies (bell pepper, onion, mushrooms, spinach)
Lean turkey pepperoni (about 10 slices = 1 SP) optional
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Make dough: In a bowl, mix flour and yogurt until it forms a dough. Knead for 2–3 mins until smooth.
Shape base: Roll out the dough into a pizza shape (about 8–10 inches wide).
Add sauce & toppings: Spread pizza sauce, sprinkle cheese, and add veggies/meat.
Bake: Place on a parchment-lined tray and bake for 12–15 mins, or until crust is golden and cheese melted.
