Oven Baked Chicken Wings

Ingredients:

  • 10-12 chicken wings
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for heat)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup.
  2. Prep the wings: Pat the chicken wings dry with a paper towel to ensure they crisp up.
  3. Season: In a bowl, toss the wings with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, and cayenne pepper.
  4. Arrange the wings on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are crispy and golden brown.
  6. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce!
