Tiramisu Cookie Cups

These little dessert cups combine chewy cookie bases with creamy mascarpone filling, a hit of coffee, and a dusting of cocoa powder. They’re perfect for parties, holidays, or whenever you want an elegant, bite-sized treat.

🛒 Ingredients

For the Cookie Cups:

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened

  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  • ½ cup brown sugar, packed

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • ½ tsp salt

For the Tiramisu Filling:

  • 8 oz mascarpone cheese, softened

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • ½ cup powdered sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 2 tbsp strong brewed coffee (cooled)

  • 1 tbsp coffee liqueur (optional)

For Topping:

  • Unsweetened cocoa powder, for dusting

  • Mini chocolate shavings or curls (optional)

Step 1: Make the Cookie Cups

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin tin.

  2. Cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.

  3. Beat in eggs and vanilla extract.

  4. In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually mix into wet ingredients.

  5. Scoop dough into muffin tin wells, pressing up the sides to form cups.

  6. Bake 10–12 minutes, until golden brown. While warm, gently press the center of each cookie with a spoon to deepen the cup shape. Cool completely.

Step 2: Prepare the Tiramisu Filling

  1. In a chilled bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

  2. In another bowl, beat mascarpone with powdered sugar, vanilla, coffee, and liqueur until smooth.

  3. Gently fold whipped cream into mascarpone mixture.

Step 3: Assemble the Cookie Cups

  1. Spoon or pipe tiramisu filling into cooled cookie cups.

  2. Dust with cocoa powder.
