Golden biscuit bites stuffed with gooey mozzarella, brushed with garlic butter, and baked to perfection. Perfect as a party appetizer, snack, or even alongside pasta night!
đź“‹ Ingredients
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits, split in half to make 16 pieces)
16 cubes mozzarella cheese (about 1 inch each)
4 tbsp melted butter
1 tsp garlic powder
(Optional) 1 tsp Italian seasoning or parsley flakes for garnish
👩‍🍳 Instructions
Prep Oven – Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Stuff the Biscuits – Split each biscuit in half. Place a cube of mozzarella in the center, then pinch dough tightly around the cheese to seal and roll into a ball.
Arrange & Season – Place the stuffed biscuit balls seam side down on the baking sheet.
Brush with Butter – Mix melted butter with garlic powder (and Italian seasoning, if using). Brush generously over the tops.
Bake – Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown.
Serve Hot – Garnish with parsley and serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
✨ Tips & Variations
Extra cheesy: Use string cheese sticks cut into chunks for easier stuffing.
Spicy twist: Add red pepper flakes to the garlic butter.
Herby flavor: Swap Italian seasoning for ranch seasoning.
Keto version: Use fathead dough instead of biscuit dough.
