Keto Supreme Pizza Recipe

Ingredients (Serves 4–6)
Keto Pizza Crust:

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

2 oz cream cheese

1½ cups almond flour

2 large eggs

1 tsp baking powder

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp Italian seasoning

Toppings (as in image):

½ cup sugar-free pizza sauce (low-carb marinara)

1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

12 slices pepperoni

½ cup cooked sausage crumbles (pork or turkey, no added sugar)

½ cup mushrooms, sliced

½ cup green bell pepper, diced

Optional: black olives, onions, extra cheese

Instructions
1. Make the Crust

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a pizza pan or baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave for 1–2 minutes until melted, stirring halfway.

Add almond flour, eggs, baking powder, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Mix until a dough forms.

Place dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll into a pizza shape (~12 inches).

Remove top parchment and bake for 8–10 minutes until lightly golden.

2. Assemble the Pizza

Spread pizza sauce evenly over the crust.

Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the sauce.

Arrange pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, and green peppers evenly on top.

3. Bake & Serve

Return pizza to the oven for 6–8 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Slice and enjoy hot.
