๐ฅ Shrimp Stuffed Avocado Recipe
๐งพ Ingredients:

2 ripe avocados

200โ250 g shrimp/prawns (saaf aur ubalay huay ya halka fry)

1 small pyaz (bareek kata hua)

1 small tamatar (bareek kata hua)
-
1 small kheera (chhota chhota kata hua)
-
1โ2 tbsp lemon juice
-
1 tbsp olive oil (optional)
-
Namak to taste
-
Kali mirch to taste
-
Thora sa hara dhania / parsley
-
(Optional) chilli flakes ya black pepper
๐ฉโ๐ณ Method:

Avocado ko beech se kaat kar beej nikaal lo.

Shrimp ko:

Ya to ubaal lo

Ya thora sa oil mein 2โ3 min halka fry kar lo (pink ho jayein).

Ek bowl mein shrimp, pyaz, tamatar, kheera daal kar mix karo.

Is mein lemon juice, namak, kali mirch aur olive oil daal do.

Achay se mix karo.

Ab yeh mixture avocado ke andar bhar do.

Upar se hara dhania ya parsley daal do.
