Spinach & Cheese Fritters Recipe
Ingredients (8–10 pieces)

2 cups fresh spinach, finely chopped

1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, or mix)

1 egg
-
2–3 tbsp all-purpose flour (or oat flour)

2 tbsp grated Parmesan (optional but recommended)

1 clove garlic, minced (optional)
-
Salt & black pepper to taste

½ tsp chili flakes or paprika (optional)

Oil or butter for cooking
Method (Pan-Fried)

Prepare spinach
-
Wash, chop finely, and squeeze out excess water.

Mix batter
-
In a bowl combine spinach, cheese, egg, flour, Parmesan, garlic, salt, pepper, and spices.

Mix well – batter should be thick, not runny.

Cook
-
Heat a non-stick pan with a little oil.

Spoon mixture, flatten into thin rounds.
-
Cook on medium heat 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.

Serve hot
