1 ½ cups sugar-free chocolate chips (dark or milk, your choice)

½ cup natural peanut butter (or almond butter)

2 tablespoons coconut oil

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup crushed pork rinds or unsweetened coconut flakes or keto cereal (for crunch)

Pinch of sea salt (optional)
🥣 Instructions

Melt the chocolate:
In a microwave-safe bowl or over a double boiler, melt chocolate chips, peanut butter, and coconut oil. Stir every 30 seconds until smooth. -
Add flavor and crunch:
Stir in vanilla extract and your chosen crunchy mix-in (pork rinds, coconut flakes, or keto cereal). Mix well to coat evenly. -
Assemble:
Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper. Pour the mixture into the pan and spread it evenly. -
Chill:
Refrigerate for 1–2 hours, or until fully set. -
Cut and serve:
Once hardened, cut into bars or squares. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
