Peanut Butter Layer:
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup powdered sugar
1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed
Whipped Cream Layer:
2 cups heavy cream
3 tbsp powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
Toppings:
Β½ cup chocolate chips (or chopped peanut butter cups)
ΒΌ cup chopped peanuts or toffee bits
Caramel or chocolate drizzle (optional)
π Instructions
Prepare brownies: Bake brownies according to package or homemade recipe. Let cool completely, then cut into cubes.
Make peanut butter layer: In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, peanut butter, and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping until creamy.
Whip the cream: Beat heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
Assemble trifle:
Bottom: Layer half of the brownie cubes.
Middle: Spread half of the peanut butter mixture.
Next: Add a layer of whipped cream.
Repeat layers until ingredients are used up.
Top it off: Garnish with chocolate chips, chopped candy, peanuts, and optional drizzle.
Chill & serve: Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving so layers set.
