Ingredients
2 cups heavy whipping cream (very cold)
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 package cream cheese (8 oz), softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chopped chocolate or mini chocolate chips (milk or dark, your choice)

Instructions
Whip Cream
In a large mixing bowl, beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
Make Cream Base
In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
Add sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract. Beat until creamy and well blended.
Combine
Gently fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until smooth and airy.
Add Chocolate
Fold in chopped chocolate or mini chocolate chips.
Chill & Serve
Pour mixture into a serving bowl or individual cups/glasses.
Chill for at least 2โ3 hours before serving (overnight is best for firm texture).
Garnish
Top with chocolate bars or extra chocolate shavings before serving.
