Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream (very cold)

  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

  • 1 package cream cheese (8 oz), softened

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 cup chopped chocolate or mini chocolate chips (milk or dark, your choice)

  • Chocolate bars for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Whip Cream

    • In a large mixing bowl, beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.

  2. Make Cream Base

    • In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.

    • Add sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract. Beat until creamy and well blended.

  3. Combine

    • Gently fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until smooth and airy.

  4. Add Chocolate

    • Fold in chopped chocolate or mini chocolate chips.

  5. Chill & Serve

    • Pour mixture into a serving bowl or individual cups/glasses.

    • Chill for at least 2–3 hours before serving (overnight is best for firm texture).

  6. Garnish

    • Top with chocolate bars or extra chocolate shavings before serving.

  • Nutty Twist: Add chopped walnuts or hazelnuts for crunch.

  • Cookies & Cream Style: Use crushed Oreos instead of chocolate chunks.

  • Keto/Low-Sugar Version: Swap condensed milk with sugar-free condensed milk and use sugar-free chocolate.
