Keto Fluffy Pull-Apart Bread

Ingredients
Dry Ingredients
2 cups almond flour

¼ cup coconut flour

3 tbsp psyllium husk powder (for structure and chew)

1 tbsp baking powder

½ tsp salt

Wet Ingredients
4 large eggs (room temperature)

2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

2 oz cream cheese

¾ cup warm water

Egg Wash (Optional)
1 egg yolk + 1 tbsp water, whisked

Instructions
1. Preheat & Prepare
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Grease and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.

2. Make the Dough
In a bowl, mix almond flour, coconut flour, psyllium husk, baking powder, and salt.

In a small saucepan or microwave, melt mozzarella and cream cheese together until smooth.

Add eggs and vinegar to the dry mixture.

Pour in the melted cheese mixture and knead until well combined.

Slowly add warm water while kneading until a soft dough forms.

3. Shape
Divide dough into 6–8 balls. Place them snugly into the loaf pan.

4. Egg Wash & Bake
Brush tops with egg wash.

Bake for 35–45 minutes, or until golden brown and firm.

5. Cool & Serve
Let cool for 10–15 minutes before slicing to keep the bread fluffy inside.
