Ingredients:
1 pack sugar-free chocolate pudding mix
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or Fairlife milk for extra protein)
1 container sugar-free Cool Whip
1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
2 tbsp powdered peanut butter (like PB2 or PB Fit)
Optional: a few sugar-free chocolate chips or crushed peanuts for topping
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, whisk pudding mix with almond milk until it begins to thicken.
Stir in the powdered peanut butter until smooth.
Fold in Greek yogurt and Cool Whip until light and fluffy.
Spoon into cups or containers and chill in the fridge for 1–2 hours.
Makes 6 portions.
