Skinny Vanilla Cream Cheese Frosting
Ingredients:
4 oz reduced-fat cream cheese (softened)
1/2 cup Greek yogurt (non-fat, plain)
1/2 cup powdered sugar (or sugar substitute, if preferred)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Optional: 1-2 tbsp skim or almond milk (for thinning, if needed)
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, add the softened cream cheese and Greek yogurt. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined. If you prefer a thinner consistency, add milk gradually until you reach the desired texture.
Taste and adjust sweetness as desired.
Spread or pipe onto cakes, cupcakes, or use as a dip for fresh fruit!
Weight Watchers Points (Approximate):
For about 2 tablespoons of frosting: 2-3 points (depending on the specific brand of ingredients used)
This frosting is a lighter alternative to traditional cream cheese frosting but still creamy and delicious!
