Apple pie meets dessert pizza — caramel drizzle and all!

Prep Time: 15 mins | Cook Time: 35–40 mins | Servings: 8 slices

📝 Ingredients

For the Pizza

  • 1 9-inch pie crust (rolled to fit a 12-inch pizza pan)

  • 4 cups apples, peeled & diced (about 4 medium apples)

  • ⅔ cup white sugar

  • 3 tbsp all-purpose flour

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

For the Topping

  • ½ cup all-purpose flour

  • ⅓ cup brown sugar, packed

  • ½ cup old-fashioned oats

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

  • ¼ cup salted butter, softened (if unsalted, add a pinch of salt)

To Finish

  • ½ cup caramel sauce

  • Vanilla ice cream, for serving

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat & Prep

  • Heat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  • Roll pie crust to fit a 12-inch pizza pan and fold edges slightly to create a border.

2️⃣ Coat the Apples

  • In a bowl, mix white sugar, 3 tbsp flour, and 1 tsp cinnamon.

  • Toss diced apples in mixture until well coated.

  • Spread evenly over pie crust.

3️⃣ Make the Crumb Topping

  • In a separate bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, oats, cinnamon, and softened butter.

  • Use hands or a pastry cutter until mixture looks like wet sand with some chunks.

  • Sprinkle over apples.

4️⃣ Bake

  • Bake 35–40 minutes, until apples are tender and topping is golden brown.

5️⃣ Finish & Serve

  • Drizzle caramel sauce over hot pizza.

  • Slice into wedges like a pizza.

  • Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

💡 Notes & Tips

  • Salted butter adds a nice balance to the sweetness — if using unsalted, add a pinch of salt.

  • Best served fresh and warm, but leftovers keep 2–3 days in the fridge. Reheat in the oven to re-crisp the topping.

If you want, I can also give you a “mini apple crisp pizza” version that’s perfect for individual desserts or parties. Would you like me to do that?
