đź›’ Ingredients
2 cans (12–13 oz each) refrigerated cinnamon rolls, with icing
2 medium apples, peeled, cored, and diced (Honeycrisp or Granny Smith work great)
½ cup chopped pecans
½ cup brown sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
ÂĽ cup melted butter
ÂĽ cup heavy cream (or milk, for a lighter version)
👩‍🍳 Instructions
1. Prep the Pan
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Lightly grease a 9Ă—13-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
2. Slice the Cinnamon Rolls
Open the cans and set the icing aside.
Cut each cinnamon roll into quarters and place them into a large mixing bowl.
3. Add the Good Stuff
Add the diced apples and chopped pecans to the bowl.
Stir in brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, melted butter, and heavy cream.
Gently toss everything together until well coated.
4. Bake
Pour the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly around the edges.
Check at 25 minutes — if the top is browning too quickly, cover loosely with foil.
5. Drizzle with Icing
Once baked, let it cool for about 5 minutes.
Warm the reserved icing slightly and drizzle generously over the top.
Optional: Sprinkle extra chopped pecans for a pretty finish.
