  • Servings: 8

🛒 Ingredients

  • 2 cans (12–13 oz each) refrigerated cinnamon rolls, with icing

  • 2 medium apples, peeled, cored, and diced (Honeycrisp or Granny Smith work great)

  • ½ cup chopped pecans

  • ½ cup brown sugar

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • ¼ cup melted butter

  • ¼ cup heavy cream (or milk, for a lighter version)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Prep the Pan

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  • Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.

2. Slice the Cinnamon Rolls

  • Open the cans and set the icing aside.

  • Cut each cinnamon roll into quarters and place them into a large mixing bowl.

3. Add the Good Stuff

  • Add the diced apples and chopped pecans to the bowl.

  • Stir in brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, melted butter, and heavy cream.

  • Gently toss everything together until well coated.

4. Bake

  • Pour the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.

  • Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly around the edges.

  • Check at 25 minutes — if the top is browning too quickly, cover loosely with foil.

5. Drizzle with Icing

  • Once baked, let it cool for about 5 minutes.

  • Warm the reserved icing slightly and drizzle generously over the top.

  • Optional: Sprinkle extra chopped pecans for a pretty finish.

💡 Tips & Variations

  • Add a dash of nutmeg or allspice for more fall flavor.

  • Drizzle with caramel sauce before serving for extra sweetness.

  • Swap pecans for walnuts or skip nuts entirely if preferred.

  • For extra decadence, serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
