🛒 Ingredients

For the Filling

  • 1 lb (450 g) ground beef

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 small onion, finely chopped

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • ½ tsp chili powder (optional for spice)

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese

For the Creamy Sauce

  • ½ cup mayonnaise

  • 2 tbsp sour cream

  • 1 tbsp ketchup

  • 1 tsp mustard

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

For Assembly

  • 4 large tortillas or wraps

  • 1 cup shredded lettuce

  • 1 tomato, diced

  • ¼ cup red onion, sliced thin

  • Optional: Pickles or jalapeños for extra flavor

1. Cook the Beef Filling

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

  • Add chopped onion and cook for 2–3 minutes until soft.

  • Stir in garlic, ground beef, paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper.

  • Cook until beef is browned and no longer pink (about 7–8 minutes).

  • Drain any excess fat, then stir in both cheeses until melted and creamy. Remove from heat.

2. Make the Creamy Sauce

  • In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, ketchup, mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  • Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Set aside.

3. Assemble the Wraps

  • Warm the tortillas slightly in a pan or microwave for easy folding.

  • Spread 1–2 tablespoons of the creamy sauce on each tortilla.

  • Add a portion of the cheesy beef mixture, followed by lettuce, tomato, and onions.

  • Drizzle extra sauce on top if desired.

  • Fold and roll tightly into a wrap.

4. Serve

  • Slice in half and serve warm.
