👩‍🍳 Instructions
1. Cook the Beef Filling
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add chopped onion and cook for 2–3 minutes until soft.
Stir in garlic, ground beef, paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
Cook until beef is browned and no longer pink (about 7–8 minutes).
Drain any excess fat, then stir in both cheeses until melted and creamy. Remove from heat.

In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, ketchup, mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Set aside.
3. Assemble the Wraps
Warm the tortillas slightly in a pan or microwave for easy folding.
Spread 1–2 tablespoons of the creamy sauce on each tortilla.
Add a portion of the cheesy beef mixture, followed by lettuce, tomato, and onions.
Drizzle extra sauce on top if desired.
Fold and roll tightly into a wrap.
4. Serve
Slice in half and serve warm.
Optional: Toast the wrap in a dry skillet or sandwich press for a golden, crispy finish!
đź’ˇ Tips & Variations
Add cooked bacon bits or grilled mushrooms for more flavor.
