Caesar Chicken with Asparagus

By: Rabia

One-pan, 40-minute dinner with creamy Caesar flavor and tender asparagus.

Prep Time: 15 mins | Cook Time: 25 mins | Servings: 4

📝 Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 cup Caesar dressing

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese (plus extra for asparagus if desired)

  • 1 lb asparagus, ends trimmed

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • Lemon wedges, for serving

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Prep & Sear

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Season chicken with salt and pepper.

  3. Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.

  4. Sear chicken on both sides, about 3–4 minutes per side, until golden.

2️⃣ Assemble in the Pan

  1. Remove skillet from heat.

  2. Pour Caesar dressing over the chicken.

  3. Sprinkle Parmesan over the chicken breasts.

  4. Arrange asparagus around chicken; sprinkle asparagus with garlic powder and extra Parmesan if desired.

3️⃣ Bake & Serve

  1. Bake 20 minutes or until chicken reaches an internal temp of 165°F (74°C).

  2. Let rest for 1–2 minutes.

  3. Serve with lemon wedges for squeezing over top.

💡 Tips

  • For extra flavor, toss asparagus in a bit of Caesar dressing before baking.

  • Works with chicken thighs too—just adjust cooking time slightly.

Do you want me to also make a “sheet pan” version of this so you can skip searing entirely? That would make it a true hands-off recipe.
