1. Cook the Pasta
In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. Cook the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
Add chicken pieces, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from pan and set aside.
3. Make the Cheesy Sauce
In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add milk, cream, and chicken broth. Bring to a gentle simmer.
Gradually whisk in cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan until melted and smooth.
Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste.
4. Combine Everything
Add cooked pasta and chicken to the skillet. Toss to coat evenly in the cheesy sauce.
