🍌 Banana Oat Mug Dessert
Ingredients (1 mug)

1 ripe banana

4 tbsp rolled oats

2 tbsp milk (any kind)

1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

¼ tsp baking powder

A pinch of cinnamon (optional)

A few chocolate chips or nuts (optional)

Instructions (Microwave)

Mash the banana well in a bowl or directly in a microwave-safe mug.

Add oats, milk, baking powder, and honey. Mix well.

Stir in cinnamon and chocolate chips/nuts if using.

Microwave on high for 1½–2 minutes until set.

Let it cool for 1 minute, then enjoy!

Instructions (Oven version)

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).

Mix all ingredients and pour into an oven-safe mug.

Bake for 15–18 minutes until firm on top.

Cool slightly before eating.

Tips

For more protein, add 1 tbsp peanut butter.

For sweeter taste, use extra banana instead of sugar.

Serve warm with yogurt or fruit 🍓
