🥔 Crispy Potato Fritters
Ingredients
4–5 medium potatoes
1 small onion (optional, but tasty)
1 egg
2–3 tablespoons flour (or cornflour)
½ teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon paprika or chili flakes (optional)
Oil for frying
Instructions
Grate potatoes using a coarse grater.
Place grated potatoes in a bowl, squeeze out excess water (very important for crispiness).
Grate or finely chop the onion and add it to the potatoes.
Add egg, flour, salt, pepper, and spices. Mix well.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Take spoonfuls of the mixture, flatten slightly, and fry until golden brown on both sides.
Remove and place on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
🥣 Yogurt Garlic Dip (like in the picture)
Ingredients
1 cup plain yogurt
1–2 cloves garlic (grated or crushed)
Salt to taste
Dried dill or parsley (optional)
Chili flakes or paprika on top
Instructions
Mix yogurt, garlic, salt, and herbs.
Sprinkle chili flakes or paprika on top before serving.
