🧾 Ingredients

  • 2–3 chicken breasts, cubed

  • 3–5 small to medium potatoes, cubed

  • 2 cans green beans (or about 1 ½ cans, drained if desired)

  • 1 package dry Italian dressing mix

  • 1 stick (½ cup) butter, melted

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Assemble Ingredients:

    • In a 9×13″ baking dish, place cubed chicken on one side, potatoes in the middle, and green beans on the other side.

  3. Season & Butter:

    • Sprinkle the dry Italian dressing mix evenly over everything.

    • Drizzle the melted butter evenly over the top.

  4. Bake:

    • Cover the dish tightly with foil and bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the potatoes are tender.
