2 pt peanut butter chocolate mug cake (without toppings). This one was 6 pts with toppings (1 tbsp melted peanut butter for 2 pts ), 1 tbsp Krisda chocolate chips for 2 pts and whipped topping for 1 pt). It was really good.
1 egg
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1-2 tbsp sweetener
3 1/3 tbsp peanut butter powder
2 1/2 tsp cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
Mix egg and yogurt together until smooth. Stir in the powdered peanut butter, sweetener, cocoa powder, and baking powder until well combined.
Coat a 10- to 12-oz microwave-safe mug with cooking spray and spoon the batter into the mug. Microwave on High until the cake rises to the top and is cooked through, 1 to 1½ minutes. Serve immediately.
